Awards Recognition Nomination Form

PURPOSE
The South Carolina Sheriffs' Association Awards Program recognizes and awards outstanding performance of a deputy sheriff or citizen in a variety of areas. A request for award recognition along with pertinent details must be submitted to the SCSA Executive Director for approval. A certificate and medal will be provided to the Sheriff for award at a time and venue of his choosing. The cost for award medals if $75.00.
